I first chatted with Sally back in April this year, she was planning her wedding for September of this year and was trying to put together the final pieces to her wedding day, this included the photography for her wedding day. As we got chatting I just knew that I wanted to be the one to photograph her wedding, we share many interests and chatted for ages both on the phone and in person. When Sally mentioned she had chosen Kingsbrook Estate as the wedding venue I immediately squealed inside. Kingsbrook Estate is one of my favourite places to photograph at, the grounds are just beautiful and the opportunities are endless!
Sally and Mark booked their date and booked in with me immediately and I was so thrilled that they did. Sally and I chatted quite a few times leading up to her wedding day, all the little details she shared with me along the way and I was so thankful she did, it was certainly going to be a beautiful day!
So on the 13th September Sally & Marks day finally came around and I was so excited to get going, we started with the boys who got ready at a nice new place nearby and then it was over to Kingsbrook Estate to meet Sally and the girls.
Everything went perfectly, the weather held out and the sun even came out for some time later on in the day which we were all so happy about. The Orangerie was beautifully set up for the reception and every little detail was taken care of. I can honestly say that I had such a wonderful day with Sally, Mark and their bridal party!
Sally and Mark, thank you for allowing me the honour of capturing your wedding day, it was such an amazing day and I’m so thankful I was able to play such an important part in it. I wish you both all the love and happiness in the world and an amazing future together.
Much love, Bree xo

This was the last wedding of the season for me, that is until I went over to Fiji to photograph Agata & Alex, but this beautiful wedding was what I finished my Adelaide season off with and its a beauty!
Carissa and Aaron chose to marry at the beautiful location of Carrick Hill, their ceremony and festivities surrounding it was the first time some of their family actually met! Once the service had finished we used the grounds of Carrick Hill for their location photography while their guests mingled with drinks and canapés.
Once we had finished we then moved onto The Wave Apartments for a few city night shots before heading into the CitiZen Restaurant for their reception.
First up we started over with Aaron and his groomsmen who were getting ready at The Wave Apartments in the city, this place is unbelievable, it is after all a penthouse, but wow the views of the city and the fact that one wall of the whole apartment was made of glass, gave it such a beautiful light and bright feel to it.
Then we went of to where Carissa was getting ready
Then it was time to head over to Carrick Hill and prepare for the ceremony
Then we headed over to CitiZen Restaurant for the reception
And the beautiful Wave Apartments at night time was simple amazing
Carissa & Aaron, you are some of the nicest people I have ever met, your warm bubbly personalities are just wonderful to be around and its so evident in your images with all the laughter and memories that were made on your wedding day. Thank you for asking me to share in your day and to be the one to tell your wedding story, I had a fabulous day and cannot thank you enough.
Warmly, Bree xo

I first met with Jemma & Seb when they contacted me about photographing an engagement session for them, they had recently been engaged and wanted to capture that point in their lives before they started wedding planning. I was so excited to meet with them down at the beach where their session was to take place, we also managed to have their siblings come too so they could have some shots together to give their parents christmas gifts that year and surprise them with the images. You can view this session HERE and as you can see we had so much fun, these guys are such gorgeous kids and so thoughful to do something like this for their parents!!
So, onto wedding planning, a few months later Jemma emailed me and said they had booked their date for March 2013 and if I was available to photograph their wedding, I was and I jumped at the chance of course! I was very excited to hear all about their plans and what they had in store.
Fast forward 12 months and their day had finally come around. I knew from all that Jemma and I had spoken about, that it was going to be a spectacular day and I couldn’t wait to see her dressed in her gorgeous Johanna Johnson wedding dress, its totally unique and nothing like I’ve ever photographed before.
So we started the day with Seb and his groomsmen, who had hired a B&B in Port Elliot for them to stay in the night before
Then it was over to Jemma and her girls, who had also hired a B&B to stay in for the weekend
I talk to my wedding couples a lot about the light, its all about the light and lots of it. When Jemma asked about the best type of property to stay in for her preparation photos I told her to pick something thats beautiful bright and airy, lots of lovely window light would be fabulous and boy did she deliver! Jemma’s preparation images are some of my most favourite images I have photographed and I gasped when I walked into the place. I cannot wait for you to see how amazing they are and how naturally beautiful Jemma is…
Then it was on to the ceremony, which was held at the Harbor Masters Reserve in port Elliot
For the first part of the location photography we went over to the Authenticity Spa Resort which was amazing!
Genevieve reminds me of my niece who is the same age, she was so adorable on the day!!
We explored inside the old property and found some beautiful romantic spots for something a bit more dramatic and I love what we came up with!
While travelling the back roads of Victor Harbor we found this beautiful location and I had to quickly pull over
Lastly we walked over to the Victor Harbor Train Station for a bit of relaxed fun
Their reception was held at the McCracken Country Club in Victor Harbor
I can honestly say that I had the most amazing day with you both and your families, thank you so much for allowing me to play a huge part in your journey so far and for being so amazing and such kind and beautiful people.
Much love, Bree xo

Simone and Scott were married in December of last year, I am a bit behind with my wedding blogs but im working fast to try and have some more completed before this next season starts!
I met with Simone & Scott over a year before their wedding date and once we met and got chatting I knew I wanted to photograph their wedding day, really all Simone had to do was mention that she was having a horse & carriage take her to her wedding and I was hooked and everything else was just the icing on the cake!
Simone and Scott are such lovely and down to earth people who I loved working with, their day was very personal and involved family and friends right the way through and I loved that about their day. The weather was perfect, the horses were groomed and the coach had been polished and we were set for one magical day!
We started at their home where Scott was getting ready with his groomsmen and his parents…
Then it was over to Simones family home where she and the girls were eagerly awaiting for me to arrive, all fresh and made up ready to go! I love that they even had all their dresses lined up and her personal things ready to photograph…
I think I did a little squeal when we pulled up to meet the carriage, I love horses and Leon and his wife from Meander Coaches are the loveliest people you will ever meet (I actually used 3 of their vintage cars for my own wedding!!)
A coach ride fit for a princess…
Cutest page boy ever, he was so well behaved…
Then it was off to have some fun..
Thank you so much for having me along to capture your day,
