Were in a real heat wave at the moment, keeping cool any way we can is high on the daily list of activities and because we have a pool we’ve had lots of swim dates with our friends and family and I can honestly say its been so nice! We haven’t had so many ‘swim & BBQ dates’ in such a short amount of time ever and im really loving it!! The boys are also revelling in all the play dates, the kids have all had a blast and I feel good knowing they’ve been able to cool down too.

Today we had two of our long term (high school!) freinds over with their families and also my sister and her kiddos, so I took the opportunity to line them all up and take a photo! We are missing Kade who’s 20 months (he wouldn’t stand still!) and baby Benjamin who’s only 2 months (because I didn’t want the kids to hold him while standing on cement!)

Next year ill replicate this shot, including the two missing, just so we can compare and see how much they’ve all grown!!
