So, today my husband mentionned he had to pop out and help is dad with something at his place, thats nothing out of the norm so I just said see you after. Upon his return, Kyler comes running up to the front door and says “Mum, mum, come quickly, we’ve got a surprise for you” I walked out the front to find Anton standing next to an old original Holden Gemini car. Looking a little perplexed I asked him where he got it from and he smiled and said “It’s mine, it’s my new beast”!!!

He’s always loved Gemini cars, he’s owned a few over the years, most have been restoration projects and the last one he had, he never finished. He sold it and I think it’s always been something he feels like he let go and perhaps thought one day ill get back into it. Well, we now have an all original Gemini, complete with red leather interior in mint condition, original am cassette tape that works and the granny sun shade, which I might add – is the coolest part lol!

Anyway, our boys are absolutely car enthusiasts, they love motorbikes, monster trucks and the though of having a car around that they can tinker with completely excites them!!

Im calling it an “early mid-life crisis” luckily its not an expensive one at that LOL!!

And just because he’s a complete spanner sometimes…
